SCHOOLHOUSE TRAVELING ACTORS
The Schoolhouse Traveling Actors were formed in the Fall of 2004. The group showcases the most dedicated and talented students who are active participants in Schoolhouse programs.
The groups travel locally throughout the state of Maryland. They have performed at Six Flags of America, MTI's Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta, the National Performing Arts Festival in New York, the National Performing Arts Festival at Disney World in Orlando, FL, Ocean City, MD, Kings Dominion, VA, and Maryland's Festival of Trees. They also perform for local PTA's and for many of S.T.A.'s school-year programs.
Membership in the group is limited. To become a member, students must be recognized by their directors during a S.T.A. program for their outstanding talent and work-ethic OR they can contact us to submit an audition. If you are interested, please complete the form below AND email an audition video. If an actor was invited by a director during a school year performance, your performance will serve as your audition. If your child participated in a Summer audition. Information will be sent out via email mid August.
